Pre-sale services:

According to customer needs, provide various designs, including battery configuration problems and provide battery rack design according to customer situation. Services on sale:
All batteries sold will be delivered to the designated destination according to the customer's requirements to maximize customer approval.
After sales service:
1. We set up "Customer Files" to track the batteries sold.
2. After the battery is sold, follow up by telephone from time to time and perform a thorough inspection(100AH and above series) at least once a year at the request of the customer, and report to the customer on the use of the battery to assure the customer.
3. Provide solution within one hour in case of customer complaint. Including on-site recovery plan and return treatment plan until the customer is satisfied. The goal is to minimize customer trouble.
4. Under normal circumstances, the return of the battery within two weeks of the delivery of the test report, which is the reason for our Division to assume responsibility; The reason for our battery, we issued a corresponding report to guide the use of customers.

Maintenance / Attention in Battery Operation
Monthly maintenance
The following inspections are completed each month:
-- Measuring and recording the ambient temperature in the cell, the temperature of the cell housing and the temperature of the pole column.
-- Check the cleanliness of the battery, the damage marks of the terminals, and the temperature, damage or temperature of the shell and cover.
-- Measuring and recording the total voltage and floating charge current of the battery system.
Quarterly maintenance
-- Repeat the monthly checks.
-- Measuring and recording the floating voltage of each online battery.
Annual maintenance
-- Repeat all maintenance and inspection in the quarter.
-- Check for loose connections every year.
-- Each year, the battery pack carries out a check discharge test at actual load, releasing 30 % to 40 % of the rated capacity.
3 years maintenance
-- A capacity test(10 H rate) every three years, once a year after six years of use. The battery life is considered to have ceased if the actual discharge capacity of the battery is less than 60 % of the rated capacity.
Use of maintenance precautions
-- Please use insulation tools for battery use and maintenance. Do not place metal tools on the battery;
-Do not use any organic solvent to clean the battery;
-Do not remove the safety valve for sealing the battery or add any substance to the battery;
-Do not smoke or use open fire near the battery pack;
-After the battery is discharged, it should be fully charged to the battery within 24h so as not to affect the battery capacity;
-- Battery performance will deteriorate in storage and should be used as soon as possible;
-- All maintenance work must be carried out by professional staff.
